Welcome to the weird, wild and wonderfully bizarre world of Elizabeth. She is gearing up to start a quilting business in the near future. Keep a lookout for a link to where you can purchase these very quilts. I just LOVE her eye for color. She combines some fabrics you would never think to combine in a million years....but it works! As I said before....wonderfully bizarre!

Football Mystery Quilt
I have been lucky enough to have a few of this same quilt head my direction. We kept Barbara's throw size quilt simple with an all-over design of a Feathered Curling Vine with Leaves.
And Janet turned hers into a king size quilt. She requested the same quilting I had done on a previous quilt...and we added a feathered border in that gorgeous purple batik border! I had heirloom feathers and curls though the body of the quilt, so I chose to combine the two in the border.

Love You Forever
I was commissioned to make this quilt and was more than tempted to keep it for myself! I'm in love with this quilt. The client requested a modern, bohemian feeling quilt in shades of purple. With a little inspiration from Emily Cier at Carolina Patchworks, this purple quilt that makes me green with envy was created.
If you have not read the children's book, Love You Forever, you are missing out. Such a sweet story! This book was the inspiration behind the quilting on this quilt. This was quilt was given to a daughter from her mother. When I asked if there were any special things between the two of them, she said Love You Forever was their favorite book to read together.
Love...see the partial heart
You...clamshell "U" shapes
Forever...figure 8 shape resembles infinity symbol
Such a fun quilt to have pieced and quilted...most certainly on my list of quilts to make for myself!
